As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and support through inbound calls, data entry, and other pharmacy queue work. Key Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from contact center representatives and resolve or transfer to a pharmacist as appropriate
• Translate prescriptions from prescribers and reputed company information in the patient's profile in accordance with state regulations
• Work with pharmacists per work instructions, policy and procedures, management direction, or any national or state regulations
• Ensure reputed company assurance, report adverse events, and assist with prescriber and patient reputed company

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 0-1 year of relevant experience
