Key Responsibilities

As a Legal Word Processor at Shutts & Bowen, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Working from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a mandatory on-call weekend rotation to ensure seamless support to the firm's operations

• Demonstrating exceptional document management skills, including formatting and styling documents, creating tables of contents (TOCs) and tables of authorities (TOAs), document conversions, formatting, and transcription

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
