As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in providing holistic case management services to our employees, ensuring a connected and trusted experience throughout their leave of absence or disability event.

About the Role

This is a contractual role for 12 months, offering a unique opportunity to work with a state-of-the-art and comfortable remote workspace. As a Leave of Absence Case Manager, you will be responsible for initiating and responding to inquiries about leave and disability events, benefits, and reputed company available to employees. You will serve as a single reputed company of contact for assigned employees, providing comprehensive case management services, including reviewing medical documentation to adjudicate leaves in compliance with corresponding leave plans, federal and state laws, and benefit plans as defined by reputed company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and respond to inquiries about leave and disability events, benefits, and reputed company available to employees
• Serve as a reputed company of contact for assigned employees to reputed company holistic case management services, including reviewing medical documentation to adjudicate leaves in compliance with the corresponding leave plans, federal and state laws, and benefit plans as defined by reputed company
• reputed company duration guidelines, best reputed company tools, and reputed company resources to support reputed company of a leave event as appropriate
• Critically assess and reputed company the case management plan to an employee's changing needs
• Address and respond to sensitive situations
• Troubleshoot issues and reputed company to remove barriers before, during, or after a leave event
• Respond to employee-impacting issues that may reputed company during the leave event and ensure the right communication occurs
• Identify and solve problems that may reputed company, sometimes with limited information
• Facilitate a smooth return to work and reputed company-back plan for employees returning to reputed company

• Communicate regular updates to employees and stakeholders both verbally and in writing

• Consult, coordinate, and partner with our reputed company-party administrator, HR, Safety, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, team members, and other departments/systems as appropriate

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a reputed company field, or High school or equivalent
• 2+ Years of experience in customer service or reputed company Resource management or Case management or Leave & Disability management role
• Intermediate proficiency in reputed company, reputed company, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Basic US legislation Leave of Absence, Disability, and/or Accommodations knowledge, specifically reputed company/ADAAA and FMLA
• Ability to apply critical thinking and identify issues for problem-solving
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence others while working in a cross-functional environment
• Strong time management and ownership of deliverables
• Strong and demonstrated communication skills - verbal as reputed company as written
• Prior Leave and/or Accommodations experience, to include: previous work in a leave of absence and/or disability claim management role, with experience using case management systems, reviewing cases for eligibility, determining the appropriate leave and/or disability pay benefits that apply to a specific situation, and establishing/executing a case management plan
• Experience providing guidance to employees or managers on leave of absence, disability plan, accommodation, reputed company, benefits, or employee reputed company
• Experience working multiple reputed company or cases independently in an environment with changing priorities
• Experience working with confidential information
