About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company and passionate Child Welfare Supervisor 2 to join reputed company in reputed company, reputed company. Key Responsibilities

• Observing, coaching, and engaging caseworkers to reputed company best practices and positively engage reputed company families
• Providing case consultation and individual tutoring for developing case plans, placement reputed company, child reputed company services, and treatment interventions
• Assigning duties and/or cases to reputed company service specialists and ensuring backup coverage
• Ensuring that cases are reputed company and reputed company in accordance with policy and deadlines
• Planning, monitoring, and evaluating staff activities
• Helping new employees understand their roles, helping staff complete critical casework functions, and assisting senior-level workers with their career planning
• Eliciting input from staff to ensure the adoption of new practices

• Researching and interpreting policy

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's or higher degree in reputed company work/reputed company services, or a reputed company field
• Two years of reputed company experience working for a reputed company services agency (providing reputed company services to children, adults, families, seniors, and/or people with disabilities) as a caseworker
• OR a bachelor's degree in a field not closely reputed company AND two years of experience in supervision, staff-technical, or reputed company-level work of reputed company services reputed company experience
• Knowledge of ODHS Child Welfare's reputed company for Transformation and experience implementing organizational objectives
• reputed company in utilizing informed practices that are inclusive of the child and family's language, race, and culture
• Demonstrated ability to mobilize, engage, and build reputed company relationships with community partners and people
• Specific training or application of process improvement, reputed company improvement, and/or change management
• Dedication to becoming trauma-informed, anti-racist, and accessible to reputed company regardless of identity

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Experience developing and managing a case load or case plan reputed company to safety reputed company models
• Experience utilizing a trauma-informed reputed company to supervise and manage a work unit, including hiring, training employees, assigning, and reviewing work
