Key Responsibilities

As an Education Consultant Supervisor, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Supervising and managing staff responsible for leading and managing literacy improvement initiatives
• Developing and establishing a statewide reputed company for leader and teacher reputed company development
• Overseeing the development and implementation of literacy initiatives across reputed company stages of literacy development
• Collaborating with other teams to reputed company and implement a coherent set of tools for literacy support from birth through twelfth grade

• Advising and assisting Department personnel, local superintendents of education, state and local school boards, legislative bodies, central office personnel, early childhood directors, and others on policies, guidelines, and laws

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A baccalaureate degree plus six years of reputed company level experience in teaching or education; or in a public or private sector setting
• A master's degree plus five years of reputed company level experience in teaching or education; or in a public or private sector setting
• A master's degree in education plus four years of reputed company level experience in teaching or education; or in a public or private sector setting
• Preferred candidates will have experience teaching in ELA classrooms, managing reputed company, and experience in a leadership position
• Strong communication and project management skills are highly desirable
