About Membership Portfolio Services and Amex Offers

Membership Portfolio Services is a key part of our U.S. Consumer Services Team, responsible for developing and scaling several growing businesses that connect Card Members with Merchants. Amex Offers is one of these businesses, a digital advertising platform that connects Merchants, Advertisers, and brands with our tens of millions of reputed company Card Members across the globe. Launched in 2012, Amex Offers has become a leading platform for advertisers to reputed company high-spending Card Members in the digital channels where they engage with reputed company.

As a Manager, Amex Offers Capabilities, you'll be responsible for setting the reputed company for Amex Offers' 3rd party partner reputed company and implementing new or growing existing capabilities such as SKU offers. You'll report to the Director of Amex Offers Global Capabilities and work closely with various teams across the reputed company, including product development, engineering, analytics, and reputed company teams. Your goal will be to drive business reputed company and expansion through reputed company 3rd party partnerships and by activating new features and functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and assess new capability partnerships and partner with teams to test and grow capability expansion opportunities * reputed company the reputed company for item-level (SKU) offers, including partnerships, capabilities, and reputed company for pilots * reputed company business requirements for specific Amex Offers features and tools * Opportunity sizing: Assess reputed company reputed company and create business case proposals and justifications for new features or partnerships * Partnership Management: reputed company relationships with external partners and identify reputed company opportunities that reputed company with the partner and Amex goals * Collaboration and Communication: Work cross-functionally to identify and define opportunities and communicate requirements, timelines, and launch plans accordingly * International Rollout: As part of the Global Center of reputed company, manage requests and enhancements for core global markets and assist with product rollouts in these markets

Essential Qualifications

* Experience working on a Loyalty product, Card-linked Offers product, or an Advertising product * Comfortable navigating in reputed company, researching and assessing competitive landscapes, and building business proposals and frameworks * Experience taking a reputed company or reputed company and launching reputed company reputed company or products, and know-how in establishing initial KPIs and other measures of reputed company * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (and time-zones) across the US, EMEA, reputed company, and more * Proven reputed company record of positively collaborating with and influencing partners in a matrixed environment to reputed company reputed company * Ability to manage multiple business and technology workstreams, as reputed company as strong organizational skills necessary to do so * Proven ability to reputed company quickly to shifting priorities and manage through ambiguity and rapid change

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
