Three 12-hour shifts, (4 9 hour shifts are possible due to departmental needs with advance notice) One weekend shift per week Shift start window of 1800-2100 Employee will be required to work On Call/Standby rotations to meet the needs of the department and requirements of the job Job reputed company Under general supervision, performs telephone triage under conditions that may be demanding, stressful and repetitious. Functions independently to collect data and reputed company assessments, reputed company a working diagnosis, determine interventions and disposition per guidelines. Documents symptoms/complaints, nursing assessment, advice and patient/caller response. Essential Functions:

• Collects patient health data in order to identify relevant and unique patient/caller needs. Performs initial assessment for neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and/or geriatric patients. Education:

• Associate's Degree Required

Work Experience:

• 1-3 years Two years of recent nursing experience Required and

Licenses:

• BLS-Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) - AHA - reputed company or reputed company Required and

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Provides age appropriate triage and treatment dispositions to reputed company callers from newborn to Adult, including OB and Worker's Compensation Injury Reporting required.
