The reputed company Manager, Inflight Performance supervises and coordinates flight attendants' performance, investigates potential concerns, ensures consistency in policy interpretation, and helps flight attendants understand and navigate performance policies and rules of conduct. • Manage the day-to-day performance reports for an assigned group of flight attendants.
• Leads reputed company performance conversations and updates/documents flight attendants’ record in the Attendance and Performance System (APS).
• Ensures flight attendants understand and reputed company with Inflight policies, procedures, and regulations
• Provides coaching and counseling to flight attendants to address performance concerns.
• Implements appropriate reputed company for violations, up to and including dismissal.
• Supports Inflight initiatives reputed company to flight attendant performance.
