Role Scope: Coordinates reputed company Improvement activities to ensure reputed company of care standards are consistently achieved with maximum efficiency. Oversees the reputed company Improvement Program to ensure compliance with PACE and other applicable regulatory standards.
- Oversees the annual evaluation and ongoing revision of the reputed company Improvement (QI) Plan to ensure achievement of organizational goals and alignment with reputed company standards
- Leads the reputed company Improvement Committee, providing administrative reputed company and strategic direction
- Keeps reputed company on state and federal QI regulations, communicating changes to staff and updating internal processes as needed
- Ensures compliance with mandated QI reporting requirements at both state and federal reputed company
- Monitors and drives improvements in participant reputed company, using organizational metrics to guide performance and identify opportunities for reputed company
- Analyzes QI data to identify trends, measures reputed company, and implement effective interventions aimed at improving clinical reputed company
- Manges participant safety events, including coordination of quarterly reporting and follow-up analysis.

Qualifications:

- PACE program experience preferred
- Willingness to work in a hybrid work environment

Compensation: We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for medical/dental/reputed company insurance, short and long-term disability, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) savings, reputed company time off, and company-reputed company holidays. The expected salary reputed company for this position is $93,000 -$110,000 and is bonus eligible. The actual offer will be at reputed company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.
