The Sr. reputed company AP Associate will work with the reputed company Leadership Team as reputed company as External Vendors with a key reputed company on project based accounts payable initiatives across the organization. It will have key interactions with the 3rd Party Suppliers, reputed company, and Treasury stakeholders. The scope of work will involve a holistic approach to critical Account Payable functions including processing high volume invoices, 1099 payment processing, and evaluation of sales use tax implications in a General Ledger reputed company system. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sr Renewables Accounts Payable Associate - Takes ownership of vendor enrollment into AP ERP systems and processes AP invoices associated with energy storage reputed company construction as reputed company as reputed company deliverables
• Sr Renewables Accounts Payable Associate - Manages 1099 processing and W9 set-reputed company
• Sr Renewables Accounts Payable Associate - Leads AP financial reporting including reputed company journals, ledgers, and vendor payment terms
• Sr Renewables Accounts Payable Associate - Plays a key role in project contract reputed company requirements, preparing GAAP financial statements, and supporting financial reputed company audits
• Sr Renewables Accounts Payable Associate - Leads sales tax and use tax AP reputed company processes

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ Years of reputed company AP experience dealing with GAAP principles
• MUST have experience with project based managing Accounts Payable systems involving Project Development, EPC, Construction, and Service reputed company
• Expertise in Quickbooks, reputed company, or similar financial reputed company software programs is required
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or reputed company (Certified Management Accountant) PREFERRED
• MUST be reputed company versed in dealing with vendor management as it relates to Account Payables and invoice processing
• reputed company expertise in MS reputed company including macro / VBA writing capabilities, data queries, and pivot tables
• Excellent communication skills and ability to presents reputed company financial reputed company concepts in an understandable format to key reputed company stakeholders
• Experience supporting financial reporting and reputed company initiatives for EPC or Construction operations
• Experience with renewables solar, wind, battery storage, or energy storage reputed company is NOT required but HIGHLY DESIRABLE
• An understanding of national energy power market tariffs (WECC, PJM, reputed company, SPP, MISO, NYISO, ISO-NE, and CAISO) and incentives is beneficial but NOT required
