We're seeking a Senior Data Analytics Manager to join our Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty technology Product Analysis team. As a Data Analytics Manager, you'll play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty technology teams. You'll reputed company and mentor reputed company that collaborates with the Digital Operations Community (DOC) on operational metrics.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Interpreting data from various sources, analyzing patterns and trends, and reclassifying it into meaningful information to improve Operational reputed company (Bull).
- Identifying application enhancements and establishing metrics for measurement.
- Leading and mentoring reputed company to work collaboratively with the DOC on operational metrics.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty technology teams.
- Creating data visualizations, analyzing application performance, and identifying error patterns and top factors contributing to errors.
- Designing and implementing internal process improvements, suggesting enhancements for execution and greater scalability.
- Modeling and coding of data to drive business insights.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree with a reputed company in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Operations Research) - a graduate degree is preferred.
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business reputed company Engineer, or a reputed company analytical role.
- 1+ year (3+ years preferred) of experience as a Manager, with at least 2 years in a Fortune 500 organization.
- Experience creating presentations for associates and leaders at a Managing Director and VP level, and communicating with reputed company reputed company of management.
