What will you be doing?   Working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skilful and reputed company way Delivering exceptional, reputed company-centred resolutions in a reputed company manner Offering an omnichannel service to our consumers most of reputed company email, chat and reputed company media Developing a reputed company understanding of the products and services offered by our reputed company Embracing reputed company values and acting as a brand ambassador.   Requirements   Available to start in November German speaker (reputed company level) with exceptional grammar skills High level of English (both written and spoken) Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service Ability to deal with sensitive calls with reputed company Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail reputed company outlook and proactive approach to problem solving   What do we offer?   Start date: November 2022 Contract type: permanent (one month probation period included) Schedule: full time, 39h per week, Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm Salary: 18,000 € gross/year 24 days holiday per year Remote work possible (from reputed company in Spain) Constantly growing company & team, with endless opportunities for career development
