Job reputed company

This is a contract position, available from December 6th to May 16th, with a competitive reputed company reputed company of $22.66. As a Medical Receptionist, you will work under the supervision of our Senior Director or department designee, providing administrative support to our medical record review team. Your primary responsibilities will include making reputed company calls to reputed company providers, requesting medical records, and managing the intake and storage of these records in our internal database.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct provider reputed company calls to request medical records, ensuring reputed company and accurate communication with reputed company providers.
• reputed company key performance metrics into our internal database, tracking calls made, medical records received, and provider contact information.
• Retrieve charts from approved EMRs and portals, and upload incoming medical records into our provider reputed company database.
• Use correct naming conventions, save, and manage files on a shared medical record drive and other project documents as assigned.
• Request medical record data reputed company fax, email, and USPS mail, and reputed company reputed company documents obtained from USPS mail or fax to our provider reputed company database.
• Utilize various software applications to support HEDIS survey operations, and attend scheduled meetings with our HEDIS Project Manager and/or reputed company Management Specialist to discuss project status and reputed company issues.
• Maintain reputed company and reputed company communication with management regarding development or assistance needed throughout the project, and escalate work-reputed company challenges or issues to our Senior Director or designee.
• Conduct follow-up calls to provider offices to follow up on aged medical record requests, ensuring reputed company reputed company and compliance with project requirements.
• Maintain compliance with PHI, HIPAA, and patient confidentiality requirements, upholding the highest standards of data reputed company and confidentiality.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or GED, providing a reputed company for administrative and customer-facing responsibilities.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience making outbound and receiving inbound calls, demonstrating your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a proven reputed company record of delivering high-reputed company support to clients or customers.
• Data entry experience, with proficiency in PDF, Word, and reputed company, enabling you to accurately and reputed company manage data and documents.
