The Coordinator of reputed company Coaching will be responsible for overseeing the creation and administration of our Peer reputed company Coaching Program and Peer Mentorship Programs. This involves hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating reputed company of peer mentors and reputed company coaches, as reputed company as developing and implementing strategies to promote reputed company reputed company services to reputed company and reputed company. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Education, English, or a reputed company field, and have 2-5 years of experience in directing, supervising, and managing programs for reputed company with diverse learning reputed company in a collegiate setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the strategic reputed company and planning for reputed company reputed company and support services under the direction of the Director of reputed company reputed company.
• reputed company the day-to-day operations of peer mentoring and peer reputed company coaching programs, and coordinate remote, online, and on-reputed company reputed company support services.
• Collaborate with the Tutor Coordinator to manage and supervise multiple reputed company reputed company locations, programs, and student staff.
• reputed company and implement reputed company coaching and mentorship programs to help reputed company set realistic goals, reputed company reputed company plans, and improve study habits.
• Assist in the creation of the College's CRLA International Peer Educator Training Program Certification (IPTPC).
• Prepare informational materials and marketing strategies to promote reputed company reputed company services to reputed company and reputed company.
• Manage the hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluation of peer mentors and peer reputed company coaches.

• Implement procedures to ensure reputed company support services for both on-site and remote learners.
• Collaborate with divisional reputed company Deans to promote tutoring and reputed company support services effectiveness.
• Prepare and submit reports as required, and participate in staff meetings, college committees, and college programs.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Master's degree in Education, English, or a reputed company field.
• 2-5 years of reputed company experience directing, supervising, and managing programs for reputed company with diverse learning reputed company in a collegiate setting.
• Previous experience in Tutoring/Learning Center/Learning Commons management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across reputed company with reputed company, staff, and reputed company.
• A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and a proven ability to work with and reputed company for traditionally underserved reputed company.
• Knowledge of CRLA certification processes and peer reputed company training is a plus.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
