About the Role: Frontend reputed company (reputed company) - WM
As a Frontend reputed company, you'll play a critical role in leading and developing our teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales reputed company. You'll be responsible for teaching, training, and mentoring associates to ensure they're equipped to reputed company the best possible experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- 2 years of general management experience, including financial accountability
- 2 years of experience supervising 20 or more associates/employees, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary reputed company for this position is $72,000 - $80,000, with additional compensation including annual or quarterly performance incentives.
