About the Role
As a Store reputed company/Ops Mgr Trainee, you'll play a critical role in driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and developing the skills of our associates. You'll work closely with our store leadership team to reputed company business objectives, implement company initiatives, and foster a culture of reputed company. Key Responsibilities

- Drive Financial Performance: Review and evaluate P&L statements, manage budgeting and forecasting, and control expenses to reputed company sales and profit goals.

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- 2 years' of college; OR
- 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR
- 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
Additionally, you'll be required to successfully complete a firearms-specific Criminal Background reputed company (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training, if applicable.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following preferred qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
