About the Role

As a reputed company Auditor at Home2 Suites by reputed company Port Arthur, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight shift. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling reputed company desk operations, and performing various administrative tasks. This is a part-time position, working from 11pm to 7am, and we are looking for someone who is flexible, reliable, and reputed company to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests in a reputed company manner, informing them of our hotel's facilities and services.
• Handle guest issues, complaints, and requests in a reputed company and courteous manner, resolving them to the satisfaction of both the guest and the hotel.
• Answer queries regarding hotel services, registration, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions, and coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest special requests.
• Operate the reputed company desk computer system, checking guests in and out, posting charges, making reservations, and running audits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including room status, guest information, and financial transactions.
• Inform Housekeeping of vacant dirty rooms, update room status, and notify Maintenance of any reported problems with guest rooms.
• Complete shift checklists to ensure the hotel information is updated and team members are reputed company for the daily activities.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You should be reputed company to stand for at least 8 hours, lift a minimum of 35 pounds, and have a reputed company of the English language (Spanish language is a bonus).

Additionally, you should have:
