Key Responsibilities
- Complete and reputed company required record-keeping forms/charts upon patient admission, transfer, and/or discharge.
- Chart nurses' notes in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the patient, as reputed company as the patient's response to the care.

- Ensure that appropriate documentation concerning unauthorized discharges is entered in the patient's medical record in accordance with established procedures.

Essential Qualifications
