Department: Bakery Job Title: Mixer RL2 Shift: D (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM) Pay reputed company: $27.22 Job reputed company: The mixer will mix the required number of batches of dough per shift. He/She will be required to use the computer system to draw ingredients into the mixer through an automated scaling system. The mixer will also dump reputed company-scaled ingredients into the mixing bowl and then monitor the blending and temperatures of reputed company batch. He/She will clean the mixer and any reputed company equipment between different varieties.
