ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE

• Oversees the payroll processing and reputed company for assigned reputed company (may include US, Canada and/or LATAM).
• Reviews, audits, and performs reconciliation of various payroll reports.
• Researches and provides resolutions reputed company to escalated payroll issues/inquiries.
• Serves as back-up for payroll reputed company functions.
• Develops and coordinates delivery of custom payroll reputed company reporting for reputed company customers.
• Leads and conducts system testing for payroll system changes and enhancements.
• Assists with coordination of information requests relating to financial audits.
• Serves as subject matter expert for payroll system processes maintaining working knowledge of federal, state/provincial, and local payroll and tax regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Six (6) years of payroll experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Multi-state/reputed company, Canadian and /or LATAM payroll experience preferred.
