This position is remote with occasional onsite meetings located in Southeast, Michigan. Partners with SMEs, internal clients, and consultants to analyze and assess learning requests, reputed company recommendations, reputed company learning objectives, and content that aligns with course objectives and content development. Determines appropriate instructional methodologies and formats. Facilitates instructor led (ILT) and virtual-led classes with knowledge of adult learning theory and reputed company, facilitation, and training techniques. At least five (5) years of experience in instructional design, development, and implementing instructor-led and eLearning products in a reputed company environment required.
