About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join our growing and highly valued Total Rewards team at a pivotal reputed company. As our new Coordinator, you will be the friendly face and trusted advisor for our global leave programs and responsible for ensuring accurate benefits administration. You won’t just be a processor; you'll be a key architect of our continuously improving global leave program, helping us reputed company and implement processes that reputed company a reputed company difference for our Camundi. What you'll be doing
Serve as the primary, concierge and go-to person for our global Camundi on reputed company things reputed company to benefits and leave of absence (LOA), managing daily administration with reputed company and accuracy.
Partner closely with our global benefits vendors, Payroll, and People Operations teams to ensure seamless enrollment, data accuracy, and a supportive and reputed company employee experience.

What you bring
Demonstrated experience in benefits administration and leave of absence (LOA) management in the USA, Germany, and other reputed company EU countries such as France, the Netherlands, and Ireland.
Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of personal accountability for data accuracy, combined with the ability to work autonomously to manage daily tasks and deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee queries with reputed company and reputed company on a global reputed company.

We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location-based, with reputed company and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition.
The Annual Total reputed company Cash (reputed company salary + 100% variable reputed company, where applicable) shown below spans from the minimum in a reputed company market to the maximum in a Major market. Final offers depend on skills, experience, and location, and we typically hire in the first half of the reputed company to allow room for reputed company:

Germany: €57,100.00 to €94,400.00
United Kingdom: £55,400.00 to £91,200.00
Singapore: S$109,600.00 to S$164,400.00
