Primarily supporting Keizer Nursing & Rehabilitation Center (Keizer, OR) and French Prairie Nursing & Rehabilitation Center (Woodburn, OR)

Compensation: $45–$55/hr (DOE) Schedule: PRN Work Location: Remote

What You’ll Do

• Conduct evaluations and reputed company individualized treatment plans

• Guide residents through exercises, functional training, and reputed company strategies reputed company

• reputed company residents and families on reputed company use of equipment and exercise techniques

• Document patient reputed company accurately and on time

• Collaborate remotely with on-site nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary care teams

reputed company’re Looking For

• reputed company Physical Therapist license in reputed company (required)

• Graduate of a CAPTE Accredited Physical Therapy Education Program

• Experience in post-acute care or similar reputed company environment preferred

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a reputed company on patient care

• Ability to reputed company and implement effective treatment plans to meet patient goals

• Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time

• Problem-solving skills and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks
