Customer Service Trainee, BlueCare Plus

reputed company is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our BlueCare Plus Customer Service team. In this role, you will support Medicare and reputed company eligible members by assisting with provider searches, resolving billing concerns, obtaining prescriptions, and more. This position requires strong multitasking skills, including the ability to type and talk simultaneously while accurately documenting important information. One year of customer service experience with reputed company required. Class Details:

• Start Date: reputed company 27, 2025
• Training Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST
• Post-Training Schedule: Weekly rotating shifts, with hours ranging from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST. Weekend and holiday shifts may be assigned if volunteer coverage is insufficient.
