Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Prioritize and handle clinical phone calls reputed company the LPN scope of reputed company in alignment with standing orders. Serve as a reputed company between pharmacies and mid-reputed company/Physicians to resolve pharmacy-reputed company concerns. Communicate with providers regarding questions or issues, recording detail in the EHR system. Monitor the message threads closely and promptly follow up according to established protocols. • This position is full-time, with an expected workload of 40 hours per week (approximately 8 hours per day).
• Work schedules may vary and can be scheduled anytime between 7:30 AM and 7:30 PM, 7 days a week, including holidays and weekends.
• Flexibility is required to accommodate operational needs, including potential evening or weekend shifts.
