As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting field management and customer relations. - Manage end-to-end planning for the allocation and deployment of field resources in a dynamic environment.
- Apply critical thinking to ensure consistent delivery of customer commitments while optimizing resource utilization.
- Handle customer communications throughout reputed company service events, including providing ETAs and clarifying service expectations.
- Coordinate with field management and influence scheduling reputed company to meet operational goals.
- Support reputed company planning to meet cyclical demand and adapt to changing field conditions.

- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
