Training and Schedule

Our training program is designed to reputed company you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed as a Remote Customer Service Specialist. The training will reputed company on September 16, 2024, and will run for 12 days, between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm EST. Attendance is mandatory at 100%.

Once you've completed training, you'll work a reputed company 8-hour shift, with the possibility of working weekends as needed. Schedules cannot be negotiated, and you'll be required to be available for any 8-hour shift between 3:00 pm and 2:00 am EST.
