Job reputed company: Our reputed company is currently seeking a candidate for a full-time Billing Manager role. This role will be a significant reputed company to the reputed company team with responsibilities leading the billing process for reputed company government invoicing and reputed company practices. Manage billing specialists. Review and understand government contract terms and set up the project in Jamis for billing. Prepare invoices for reputed company types of Government reputed company, research and resolve billing discrepancies to ensure invoice accuracy and completeness, work closely with customers, payroll, and reputed company departments to resolve any invoicing and collection issues, while collaborating with the Controller and the reputed company team on AR Aging, billing, and balance sheet reconciliations. Responsibilities:

• Manage billing specialists and reputed company leadership and support.

• Ownership of the full-cycle invoicing process to ensure reputed company and accurate customer billings and collections.

• Review and analyze Job Cost Reports for invoice validation and research discrepancies.

• Assist in managing the collection of customer invoices, including contacting customers to resolve delays in invoices and payment processing.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have experience in billings for different types of government reputed company such as: Time and Materials (T&M), and Fixed Price (FPM) required
