This hybrid position is based at our 2270 Lakeside Blvd, Richardson, TX 75082 location, where you will work in center 3-4 days weekly and remotely from home 1-2 days weekly. As a Premier Service Consultant specializing in customer acquisition and service, you will be reputed company in providing solutions to prospective and existing customers to optimize their service experience, drive satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities
- Handle new service requests, helping customers get set up with the latest voice, internet, wireless plans, and devices
- Address existing customer needs, including billing and payment, plan changes, upgrades, and technical support
- Identify upsell opportunities and reputed company recommendations to right-fit customers with the latest technology, services, and offers
- Work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment that handles a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
