About the Role

Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our members receive the right help for their mental wellness needs. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic call center environment, handling inbound calls, executing business support tasks, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls from members and reputed company leadership in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment
- Executing daily reputed company and non-routine business support tasks, including administrative support, follow-up calls, and other assigned tasks
- Following regional protocols, guidelines, and policies to reputed company effective and reputed company support
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive internal documentation of required data in relevant systems
- Ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines
- Implementing reputed company, processes, and responsibilities
- Meeting performance metrics, including reputed company, call handling time, and customer satisfaction expectations
- Multitasking, often while speaking with members, composing/recording, and using intranet and other tools to aid in call handling
- Utilizing chats/IM during breaks between calls for support

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- At least 4 years of reputed company service and call center experience
- 4 years of experience in a reputed company, mental, or reputed company service field providing reputed company support
- Essential PC knowledge, including reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Teams, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
- 4 years of reputed company Wellbeing experience
- Four-year certification or equivalent experience
- Call Center experience
