About the Role
As a Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative at blithequark, you will be the critical reputed company between our organization and the reputed company providers who care for our members. Primary Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven reputed company record of analyzing and solving customer concerns.
- Proficiency in computer and reputed company PC applications, with the ability to learn new and reputed company systems.
- Typing speed of 35-40 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week), Monday - Friday, between 10:35 AM - 7:05 PM CST, with flexibility to work occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
