Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- Eagerness to learn new technologies and PC knowledge
- High-Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with iOS and/or Macient OS, or comparable technology
- Previous experience in a similar customer service role
