What You'll Do
As a Customer Care and Sales Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Evaluating and assisting with customer concerns
- Selling blithequark's smart home and other products on every call
- Explaining device capabilities, wireless reputed company data product offerings, and company policies
- Meeting goals and growing from feedback and coaching
- Escalating calls to the appropriate tier of customer service function reputed company needed
