Job Responsibilities:

- Handling high-volume calls from patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders, providing accurate and reputed company information, and resolving issues in a reputed company and courteous manner.
- Performing data entry tasks with precision and accuracy, using reputed company' solution information reputed company strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment and reputed company patient and medication data into the system.
- Investigating and resolving missing medication data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and settling reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions.
- Handling correspondence to patients, including inbound calls, reputed company, and messages, and settling outbound reputed company to prescribers and patients as needed.

Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.

- At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State reputed company for Pharmacy or broadly recognized certification office.
