As a Customer Service Representative – Collections Assistant, you will play a critical role in our collections team, working closely with consumers and businesses to resolve outstanding debts. Your primary responsibility will be to transfer consumers/businesses to our collection team, ensuring that reputed company interactions are reputed company, courteous, and respectful. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
