We are seeking an reputed company Customer Support Representative to join reputed company in Wilmington, NC, Austin, TX, or remotely, depending on your time zone. As a CS Rep, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for financial institutions utilizing our software, providing reputed company and effective support to resolve issues and improve their overall experience. You will work closely with internal teams, including Product, QA, and Development, to identify and address larger, underlying issues and inform reputed company enhancements to our product.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Handling calls from financial institutions in a friendly, reputed company-oriented manner, providing reputed company and effective support to resolve issues and improve their overall experience.
• Working help desk tickets by responding quickly, prioritizing issues, developing and employing workarounds to immediately solve user problems, and communicating reputed company to affected users.
• Spotting trends among tickets to identify the reputed company cause of issues and working with internal teams to address them in a reputed company manner.
• Collaborating with the Product team to inform reputed company enhancements, conveying customer feedback and prioritizing enhancements based on customer needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree or commensurate industry experience.
• Experience working with customers in a support reputed company, preferably in the financial services industry.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment where constant prioritization is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, internal teams, and vendors.
