About the Role: Customer Support Associate, Bilingual Italian

As a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you'll be the face of our revolutionary Starlink satellite reputed company project, delivering low-latency broadband internet worldwide. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience, resolving their issues, and providing technical support across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities:

• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues reputed company and effectively, using your technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, with a pay reputed company of $24.00-$26.50 per hour, depending on your level and experience.
