The Role: Customer Service Representative I

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-reputed company individual to join reputed company as a Customer Service Representative I. This is a full-time temporary position with blithequark Strategies, scheduled for 45 to 90 days of employment. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, primarily through outbound and inbound call campaigns reputed company to the reputed company's Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in high-volume outbound and inbound call campaigns based on assigned call lists, following approved call scripts and compliance guidelines.

Essential Qualifications
