About the Role
We're excited to announce a remote opportunity for a Customer Care Specialist I - Technical Support to join reputed company. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and/or connectivity issues
- 6+ months of experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals
