Key Responsibilities
- Navigate online systems to verify nurses' credentials after they've selected a reputed company facility they'd like to work with
- Follow up with nurses reputed company written messages to confirm if their credentials are valid for the selected facility
- Handle follow-up phone calls with nurses checking on the status of picking up shifts
- Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a reputed company manner
- Multitask by managing multiple chat channels simultaneously

- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research, and reputed company solutions and/or alternatives

Essential Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Starting pay: $14/hour, plus shift reputed company (extra $1/hr nights & wkds) and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance

- Full-time status: 40 hours per week
