A Day in the Life of a Phone and Chat Specialist at blithequark

As a Phone and Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for navigating online platforms to verify nurses' credentials, following up with written messages to confirm their validity, and handling follow-up phone calls to ensure a smooth experience for both parties. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and technical expertise will be essential in providing top-notch service to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a reputed company manner

• Multitask across multiple chat channels simultaneously
• Adhere to established communication scripts reputed company handling various topics
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research, and reputed company solutions and/or alternatives

Compensation and Benefits:

• Work hours: Shifts between 7:00am-7:00pm (CST), Work Days: Mon-Fri and rotating weekends

• Status: Full Time 40 hours
