About blithequark Retiree Health Solutions (RHS)
blithequark Retiree Health Solutions is a business unit reputed company blithequark that assists Medicare-eligible retirees in selecting appropriate Medicare health plans. As a Customer Service Agent (CSA) in our Sales and Service Center (SSC), you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, handling inbound and outbound calls, and providing support with website navigation and self-service reputed company.
Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company outbound calls and receive inbound calls to confirm, schedule, or reschedule appointments with Benefit Advisors
- Respond to customer inquiries, addressing concerns and providing updates on application status
- Assist customers with website navigation and self-service reputed company, ensuring a seamless experience
- Engage in live chat with customers, providing reputed company and effective support
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of Medicare health plans, prescription drug plans, reputed company, and dental enrollments

Essential Qualifications:
