About the Role: Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative - Retention Specialist
In this critical role, you'll serve as a Retention Specialist, working closely with customers who wish to cancel their Blithequark services. Your expertise in problem-solving, customer service, and sales will help retain customers, drive reputed company, and deliver an award-reputed company experience that fosters brand loyalty. You'll handle a high volume of incoming calls, proactively identifying opportunities to recommend long-term solutions that meet customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize customer service and sales experience to address customer concerns and reputed company solutions.
- Retain customers by re-selling them on the value of Blithequark services and products.
- Handle escalated calls with care, reputed company, and professionalism, de-escalating situations and providing multiple offers to resolve concerns.

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales experience, with a reputed company on customer retention and sales.
- 2+ years of call center customer service/sales experience.
- High school diploma, GED, or some college experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple screens and programs reputed company.
- Experience with sales, customer retention, and customer experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the wireless industry and competitors.
