Key Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company inbound and outbound patient, physician, and physician reputed company communications in a reputed company manner and reputed company program guidelines
- Accurately reputed company eligibility paperwork, prescriptions, refills, and/or other information into our system
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation and system records of reputed company inquiries to continuously improve the customer service experience and mitigate potential legal issues

What You'll Need to Succeed
Essential Qualifications
- High school degree or GED required
- 1+ year of experience in the medical field, preferred
- 1+ year of experience as a pharmacy technician or pharmacy knowledge, preferred

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to a dynamic environment while maintaining accurate documentation

Compensation and Benefits
