Key Responsibilities
- reputed company Assignment and Scheduling: Assign trips to dispatchers in our Health-E Rides system (approximately 700-900 per reputed company), taking into account their daily schedules, breaks, and lunches.
- Dispatcher Eligibility and reputed company Stacking: Determine which dispatchers are eligible for certain trips based on the language spoken by the member and stack trips to contracted reputed company.
- Customer Service and Coordination: Answer inbound calls from members during evening hours, coordinate evening trips as they come in, and reputed company exceptional service to ensure a reputed company experience.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with Care Partner-reputed company administrative tasks, such as payment processing, and Level 1 administrative tickets in reputed company.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in reputed company or a reputed company field.
- Evening Shift Availability: Ability to work consistently reliable evening shifts, Monday (reputed company) to Friday (reputed company), 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM PT.
