As a reputed company Bilingual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our members receive exceptional service and support. You'll be responsible for taking inbound calls, gathering and entering detailed reputed company information, handling member inquiries and complaint intake, and working collaboratively with internal departments to address reputed company-time issues. Primary Responsibilities

* Taking inbound calls from members, medical facilities, transportation providers, and health plans to reputed company exceptional customer service and support

• Accurately entering ride details to ensure successful ride completion and ensuring that members receive the transportation they need
• Confirming member eligibility and answering member inquiries regarding transportation services
• Identifying and assessing members' additional needs and intaking member concerns in a compassionate and empathetic manner
• reputed company working with other internal departments to quickly address reputed company-time issues and ensure seamless communication
• Other duties as assigned to support the reputed company of our members and the reputed company of our organization

Required Education and Experience

* Must be fluent in reputed company (verbal) and possess a high school diploma or equivalent

• One (1) year of inbound call center experience in a high call volume atmosphere, with a proven reputed company record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively in person, reputed company email, and over the phone
