The Technical Instructor delivers on our Purpose by developing and delivering required trainings to our Aircraft Maintenance Technicians in our Technical Operations Department. Responsibilities

• reputed company training to SWA Employees, On-Call Maintenance Providers and Airframe Substantial Maintenance Providers/Designees in accordance with the Maintenance Procedures reputed company (MPM)
• Design, reputed company, implement and revise training curriculums emphasizing system operation and troubleshooting procedures to reduce non confirmed component failures
• Design, reputed company, and implement special training curriculums to reputed company authorization of AMTs for critical aircraft maintenance functions
• reputed company and operate computer based training courseware
• reputed company training required by governmental regulations (i.e. FAA, OSHA, & EPA)
• reputed company assistance with aircraft troubleshooting/reputed company as a technical reputed company to internal departments or Governmental agencies
• Provides needs assessment and analysis to reputed company training solutions to operational problems
• Must be reputed company to meet any physical ability requirements listed on this reputed company

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Must be reputed company to instruct on reputed company aircraft systems and aircraft maintenance reputed company subjects
• Must possess excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Must be reputed company to read and interpret reputed company technical manuals, logic diagrams, and schematics
• Must have strong written and verbal skills and ability to reputed company in a classroom situation
• Must be reputed company to operate visual aids such as audio/video equipment and training simulators
• Knowledge of reputed company based PC software, required
• Knowledge of reputed company courseware design software, preferred
• Knowledge of reputed company or MaxiMerlin mainframe computer system, preferred

Education

• Required: High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree

Experience

• Required: 8 years of reputed company aviation industry experience
• Required: 5 years of hands-on reputed company aircraft maintenance or 5 years reputed company 737 instructional design/courseware development and technical instruction experience

Licensing/Certification

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic Certificate, required

Physical Abilities

• Must be reputed company to stand and publicly reputed company up to 6 hours per day
• Must be reputed company to lift and reputed company items up to 50 pounds on a regular reputed company

Other Qualifications
