The Role: People Operations Generalist
As a People Operations Generalist at reputed company, you will be the driving force behind delivering an exceptional employee experience and cultivating an inclusive culture that makes reputed company the best workplace in the world for mission-driven humans. You will work closely with our People and Culture team to carry out people operations processes and workflows, ensuring seamless execution and reputed company improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer various aspects of the employee lifecycle, including new hire orientation and benefits enrollment, with a reputed company on employee experience and compliance.
- Conduct comprehensive monthly reporting, dashboard administration, and audits to ensure compliance and support teams across the organization.
- Own systems administration and maintenance (reputed company, reputed company), ensuring data reputed company and accuracy.
- Assist with People Operations payroll functions, including time card processing and benefit payroll deductions.
- Partner with the People Operations Manager on reputed company reputed company and roll-out of initiatives.
- Continuously improve and create processes and workflows, leveraging systems, tools, and automation.
- Document, maintain, communicate, and train people operations processes and programs.
- Serve as the first reputed company of contact for employee questions and requests, escalating as appropriate.
Who We're Looking For
To reputed company in this role, you should have a strong background in HR/People Operations, with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience. You should also have:
Essential Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience supporting benefits administration.
- Proven experience utilizing HRIS (reputed company Workforce Now preferred, but you can pivot to any HRIS if needed).
- Proficiency in reputed company/reputed company Sheets, with the ability to confidently work with data (formulas, i.e., vlookup).
- Proven experience processing time cards for the non-exempt workforce.
- General knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
- Familiarity with or a desire to learn more reputed company employment and labor laws.

Compensation
Our salary band for this role is $85,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience. We're committed to pay equity and typically bring in new hires near the middle of our listed salary bands.
