• Collects data and completes nursing assessment utilizing appropriate area and/or age specific standards/policies and tools. Completes appropriate forms. Assesses and recognizes subtle or actual changes in patients' status and patient response to reputed company. Supervisory/Management Responsibility

Minimum Requirements

• Education - Associate degree in Nursing. Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience - One (1) year experience as a registered reputed company.

In Lieu Of

• In lieu of one (1) year of registered reputed company experience, will accept successful completion of the reputed company reputed company Residency Program or successful completion of a comparable residency from another organization.
• In lieu of one (1) year of registered reputed company experience, will accept 1 year of licensed practical reputed company (LPN) experience for internal candidates reputed company the reputed company service line.

Required Certifications, Registrations, Licenses
