As an IT Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance to our crewmembers, both remotely and on-site. Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The minimum requirements for this position include:

• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Certificate

• Availability for short-term travel (up to 50%)
• Possession of valid travel documents with the ability to travel in and out of Jamaica and the US
